This is our easy install stainless hose. It is priced PER FOOT. This works with any 1/4 inch tubing on the market. You cut the hose using a dremel and slide it over your tubing. This is true 303 stainless steel woven hose. You MUST have 1/4 inch nylon hose for this to work. It has a melting point of 2800 F and is true stainless steel.
Here is a basic install.
1) Measure the amount of stainless you need and add a few inches.
2) To cut, tape down the stainless tubing and cut using a dremel tool.
3) Slide your nylon tubing inside the tubing a few inches.
4) At a certain point the tubing will feel like it will not go in any more. Now you find the spot on the other side of the tubing where its inserted into the stainless and push back on the stainless and the tubing will be pulled further ahead.
5) continue until your stainless tubing is all the way inside.
6) we recommend to use heat shrink on the ends of the tubing, this makes the frayed area where you cut the tubing very neat and clean. It also keeps small sections of tubing from moving around.
