The all new coolingmist stage 1 kit has been re-designed from the ground up to give you the highest performing stage 1, while adding simplicity. The pump has been improved from our 1.0 GPM pump to the 1.3 GPM. The kit now comes with a solenoid with built in fittings and the standard nozzle has been replaced with the super atomizing nozzle. Also, the injector holder is now piece with a compression fitting instead of standard quick connect. This kit is complete with your high pressure tubing, boost line, boost tee, boost switch, solenoid with built in fittings, fitting for your tank, pump, screws for pump, connectors for boost switch, wiring, super atomizing injector, new injector holder with built in fitting.
 | The pump is one of
the most important parts of your kit. All pumps are not the same even if they look the same. To start this pump is our high pressure pump. In addition our pump has EPDM
seals. Ours are built with EPDM to assure higher heat tolerance and full methanol
compatibility. This pump is our new 1.3 GPM pump. Compare that to the other 1.0 GPM pumps on the market. |
 | Our new stage 1 kit now comes with our high performance stainless steel solenoid with built in fittings. An industry first, the built in fittings allow for superior reliability as we eliminate 4 points of failure (seals inside and outside the fittings). |
 | Now our stage 1 kit comes with our super atomizing nozzle. The nozzle has its size stamped on the side as well as a nut in the middle so you can install and remove all you need. The internals are stainless steel. |
 | Our nylon hose has burst pressure of over 1000 PSI but more important, it is semi clear so you can
look and see where the fluid is. If you are trouble shooting it makes all the difference to see if you have fluid in the
line or not. Each kit comes with 15 feet of this hose |
 | Our boost switch is adjustable from 1 to 25 psi. It will turn the system on when you reach the boost level
that the switch is set at. Any time past your set level it stays on. you can run upto 60 psi turbo pressure into this
boost switch. This switch is set at 10 psi and you can adjust it using the 5/64 hex key on the top. You will get 1 foot of silicon boost line AND a boost tee. |
