The all new Coolingmist Stage 1 water methanol injection kit for diesels with our high pressure 200 to 250 psi pump AND high if you choose heavy duty diesel (power stroke, GM, RAM, etc) or if you choose light diesel we will size it based on your HP. Its designed for your diesel truck. It is designed to be simple, robust and reliable. This kit is designed to use your own tank, alot of customers use a windshield washer fluid tank. We include a fitting for your tank. Injection is simple, a boost switch turns on the pump when your boost level goes past your boost setting. A boost switch that is adjustable from 1-25 psi is included. Choose which boost switch you want from the drop down box. If your running high boost we have a switch up to 120 PSI!
This is a complete kit minus the tank!
 | The pump is one of
the most important parts of your kit. All pumps are not the same even if they look the same. To start this pump is our 200-250 psi pump. In addition our pump has EPDM
seals. Ours are built with EPDM to assure higher heat tolerance and full methanol
compatibility. |
 | This solenoid is second to none. Engineered to have low pressure drop so you will get the maximum amount of flow and response time. You will appreciate the super performance this kit has. Other kits on the market charge $40 extra for a solenoid! This kit includes it! |
 | This kit comes with a super atomizing injector which is our large CM10! These injectors are simply the best on the market. Besides the superior atomization and spray pattern, they have a signature on the side to show the size and a hex nut in the middle for easy removal. |

fittings are all nickel plated quick connect and NO plastic. All quality metal. Dont buy a kit with cheap plastic
fittings. We are proud of these fittings and know the extra money we spend on touches like this is worth it, you will think
so too! Please note, the picture to the left shows the style of fittings you will get. This kit comes with one nozzle so
you dont get a tee, etc. |
 | Our nylon hose has burst pressure of over 1000 PSI but more important, it is semi clear so you can
look and see where the fluid is. If you are trouble shooting it makes all the difference to see if you have fluid in the
line or not. Each kit comes with 15 feet of this hose |
 | Our boost switch is adjustable from 1 to 25 psi. It will turn the system on when you reach the boost level
that the switch is set at. Any time past your set level it stays on. you can run upto 60 psi turbo pressure into this
boost switch. This switch is set at 10 psi and you can adjust it using the 5/64 hex key on the top. You will get 1 foot of silicon boost line AND a boost tee. |
