Warranty
Coolingmist offers a 1 year warranty on all of our parts (when not purchased as part of a kit).
PLEASE NOTE: COOLINGMIST warranty only applies to parts and kits sold by coolingmist. Other companies purchase coolingmist controllers and parts and integrate these into 3rd party systems. Coolingmist does NOT provide warranty for these items. Coolingmist only provides a warranty for new kits purchased from Coolingmist or Coolingmist dealers.
Our kits ordered after June 1, 2009 will have our standard 1 year warranty. Warranty is provided for original owner and is not transferable.
Not covered under warranty are:
abuseneglectopening electronic enclosuresRemoving original labelsclogged nozzlescracked tanks due to freezing (and not using alcohol)Damage to electronic components due to blown circuit or miswiring , cracked tank lids, cosmetic issues. You are responsible to ship the defective unit to coolingmist for repair/replacement. Coolingmist will pay domestic return postage. Coolingmist does not ever cover international shipping. In the event that Coolingmist no longer manufactures or has available the item in the warranty claim, Coolingmist reserves the right to replace with a comparable model OR offer the customer a store credit. Flow sensors are warranted from 1 year of the date of purchase. All clearance items have a 1 year warranty even if purchased as a kit.

Return Policy
Coolingmist will not accept any returns unless Pre-Approved. For a return RMA
you must contact coolingmist for approval. The item must be un-installed in the
original box, in new, unused condition. you must have your original receipt and
must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for shipping the item to us at your expense. We will not accept any returns shipped to us without authorization. Any parts or components that are not in brand new un-used condition will be charged to your account. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned parts.
Shipping Damage
Coolingmist is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipment. This
is the responsibility of the carrier. We will when ever possible assist you in
filing a claim.
Discrepancies
Any and all discrepancies must be reported to coolingmist within the first 72
hours of receiving the package. We will investigate all claims and make a fair
resolution.

You are responsible for shipping the item to us, we will ship back to you. We cover shipping to the US as long as the original part was shipped back to us and we determine the product was defective. We do not cover express shipping or international shipping.
Coolingmist will inspect the returned goods and make a decision on the warranty. Our decision is final.
