The VC2 Diesel Stage 3 EGT Kit is a complete coolingmist water/methanol injection kit designed for your Diesel Vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN EGT THERMOCOUPLE TO USE THIS KIT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE WE SELL THEM IN OUR PARTS DEPARTMENT. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN EGT GAUGE YOU CAN USE YOUR EXISTING ONE.
This kit ships with different nozzles and a user configurable controller to ensure you have the right flow. This system is managed by our state of the art Vari-Cool II controller and powered by our insane 250 PSI pump for ultimate performance and atomization. Injection Style
The Vari-Cool II controller will read both boost and your Exhaust Gas Temps. Reading both inputs will give you a smooth transition and allow injection over the greatest possible range. For example, if your boost is constant but your Exhaust temps are rising, VariCool II will increase the flow rate. You can easily adjust the system with the touch of a few buttoms to allow you to inject based on boost only (great for drag racing), EGT only (Towing) or boost and EGT (towing).
PUMP
This Vari-Cool II system has our state of the art 250 PSI pump with bypass switch for near pulse free operation. Atomization is insane and performance is unmatched.
HOSE
15 feet of black high pressure hose will be provided with this kit for the water/meth line and 15 feet for the boost line.
TANK
This kit ships with our 1 gallon tank. If you want a 6 gallon, just choose from the drop down box. A fitting to tap the tank is included. INJECTORS
This kit ships with 2 injectors. A 250 CC/M to 500 CC/M and a 500 CC/M to 1200 CC/M injector. If you feel you need multiple nozzles we can do so, however 16 Gallons per hour is more than most diesels will ever need. The Vari-Cool has the ability to tune the max pump flow if you need to dial in a specific flow. Other injectors are available for custom applications.

additional cost.
FITTINGS
All fittings in this kit are nickel plated with an oring for positive seal.
WIRING
10 feet of primary wire is provided.
BOLTS/SCREWS
4 screws to mount the tank and 4 screws to mount the pump are included.
